Flash Video Player Troubleshooting
If there is no video player on your screen and you see a phrase that says: "This content requires the Adobe Flash Player. Get Flash," this means that you do not have the proper version of Flash to view the video material and will need to download Flash or follow the Troubleshooting steps below.
If you are able to view the video player (including the green "play" button), but the video will not show up when you click the "Play" button, most often this occurs because the video did not load properly or you have other applications open or running on your computer that could be affecting the playback quality. Many times this can be fixed by first closing all other application or internet browser tabs other than the Ticketschool.com course and refreshing the current page or using the course navigation to go to the previous page in the course and then proceeding forward again to the same video page you were previously having problems with. When you get to the video page again, wait 10-15 seconds before pressing the green "Play" button to give the video time to load properly. If this does not help, follow the steps below for your particular computer (Windows or Mac).
It is important to know that a faster computer will play Flash content faster. A fast connection to the internet will enable Flash content to be downloaded to your computer more quickly.
Steps for Windows 7 Using Internet Explorer
Windows 7 comes pre-installed with both 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Internet Explorer. If you are using the 64-bit version and you find that the Flash videos will not play, we recommend that you log out of the course, close the 64-bit browser, open the 32-bit browser, and log back in. (The 32-bit browser can be accessed by clicking Start, then Programs, then selecting "Internet Explorer," which should be listed just beneath the 64-bit browser.)
If this does not solve your problem, please follow the steps in the next section.

- Test your player.
Click here to test and make sure that you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer. If you do not have the latest version of Flash, you will either receive an "Install" option or you may receive a yellow message across the top of your browser that says, "This website wants to install the following add-on: Adobe Flash Player X
to install it click here." If you get this message, click on the yellow bar and select "Install Active X Control." You will then be asked if you would like to install Adobe Flash Player. Click "Install" and you should be given the message "Adobe Flash Player Successfully Installed." Once you successfully download Flash or if you already have the latest version of Flash on your computer, the test page will display the message "Adobe Flash Player Successfully Installed." If you get the correct message you can proceed to step 2. If you cannot get the test page to display the correct message, proceed to step 3.
- Refresh the page.
After you have successfully downloaded the latest version of Flash and tested your computer, you will need to go back to the Ticketschool.com course page and refresh the page for changes to take effect. Some computers may require a full reboot of your browser. Sometimes you may be required to log back in to the Ticketschool.com course depending on the time taken to download Flash, but you are now ready to continue in the course. If you are still unable to view the video player or the video will not play on the page, please proceed to step 3.
