Texas has strict laws regarding the use of seat belts and child restraints. In recent years, Texas law enforcement has stepped up its "Click It or Ticket" campaign to catch seat belt law violators.

If you received a traffic citation for violating one of these laws, you might be ordered to attend a 6-hour seat belt class. You can take this course online or in person. Many people prefer the online course for its convenience, since you never have to leave the comfort of your home to take it.
